TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR: Academy for Maths 1 Blackberry Facebook Competition Academy for Mathematics is a division of Fernwood Business College (Pty) Ltd. Co. Reg. No. 2006/033114/07. Academy for Maths is giving their customers who successfully Like the Academy for Maths Facebook page a chance to win 1 Blackberry 9320. Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions To enter this competition you must be: 1. (a) A registered, current Academy for Maths customer, and not have defaulted on any payments due to Academy for Maths. (b) 10 years old or over at the time of entry. 2. The purpose of this competition is to get all the Academy for Maths customers to LIKE the Academy for Maths page. Once a customer has LIKED the page Academy for Maths can communicate with the students by sharing important wall posts e.g. examination dates, study tips, motivation quotes etc. The Academy for Maths customer must go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/Academy-for-Maths/198584783618723 and LIKE the Academy for Maths page. This will allow the Academy for Maths customers entry into the competition. Only a comment on the Wall without LIKING the page will not count as an entry into the competition. All Academy for Maths customers that LIKED the page from date of launch (20 June 2013) will automatically be entered into the competition. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Academy for Maths (Pty) Ltd, or any subsidiary of the Real People Group. Only one entry per person will be registered per LIKE. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. The winner will be drawn randomly in the presence of internal auditors who will verify the results. The closing date is as specified, 20 August 2013. Academy for Maths reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. The judges decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The name of the winner will be published on the Facebook page of Academy for Maths. By entering the competition the winner agrees unless indicated otherwise by the winner to participate in such promotional activity and material as Academy for Maths may require.
