any of my protected rights as a living man such as human rights, birth rights as well as constitutionally protected rights and any Towing, Confiscating, Withholding and or
Illegally Seizing any of my Private Property will be in violation of your sworn Oath, State and Federal laws as well as the Constitution for the united States of America and the Constitution for the state of Indiana. Any and all violations or intrusions of said rights or Private Property will constitute an agreement to the fee of One Hundred Thousand U.S Dollars $100,000.00 per violation, per officer/agent, and their Directors jointly, severally and personally.

I accept your Sworn Oath and I will hold you to that sworn Oath to the Letter, you are
DEMANDED from this day forward hereafter to perform in the exact provisions of your sworn Oath,
the Constitution for the State of Indiana as well as the Constitution for the united States of America into which is agreed to in your Sworn Oath, filed and recorded when you took office.
Your OATH OF OFFICE is a binding contract and your bond will indemnify the public for any losses or damages incurred in this matter and are a matter of constitutional importance and activates in said legal and moral duties to exhibit requisite credentials. Moreover, failure to qualify by filing a bond and taking the oath of office is grounds for ouster by Quo Warranto.
Anyone refuting any of the aforementioned and or the following issues must do so on and for the public record, in writing, by way of sworn affidavit under penalties of the law including Perjury. An assessment of $100,000.00 for each issue and occurrence of perjury/false and misleading information, and or unproven misleading statements/assertions. No other refuting documents will be accepted. Failure to respond within ten (10) calendar days will be agreement and estoppels.
