Therefore Ed Husic was entitled to use the oath in the manner he desired and was comfortable with as long as it was the prescribed oath as referred to in the constitution. END QUOTE POSTING

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST, my concerns are rather as to real issues, such as that the ACCC and the Commonwealth Grants Commission should be under the s101 of the constitution Inter40 State Commission, and Parliament should provide any required legislation for those authorities to be within the powers of the Inter-State Commission for so far their conduct is outside Trade and Commerce provisions. Obviously, you may now also realise that you do not need the support of the independent 45 Members of Parliament to remain Prime Minister until the election is held. that ball and chain evaporated after the last day of sitting in the Parliament.
