There are two basic parts to part 3, the external and the internal. How is it you acquire knowledge? Is it from the external factors such as opinion or more from yourself? The answer will probably be you need that quote and unquote balance of sorts but technically, this just signies how a person intakes and perceives the knowledge he receives. Adding opinion would be redundant and further add unneeded explanations.
