Mr. Lopez, we have sufficient evidence to put you to jail for BIGAMY, FALSIFICATON OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS and CONCUBINAGE. You have a subsisting prior marriage to Grace Garcia Bagaybagayan on 7 November 1986 in Quezon City when you got married to Ms. Macero on 7 July 1995 at Cainta, Rizal. Ms. Macero discovered that you did not have the marriage recorded with the Civil Register when she sought a certification for employment.
