First level is automated backup by server system and the second level is manually backup in 3 months time. This new procedures is enable user to trace data at any time with revision started from every single week. 6 Analysing and extending hardware to filled up the current work requirement and IT technolgy . This is the beginning foundation for new era of work in using the latest technology in IT.
