All children will be collected from their classrooms by a BOSS representative. Children can be collected early from BOSS by pre-arrangement. Children should be provided with a packed lunch and water bottle. In the case of a childs absence, full fees must be paid for all days booked unless 7 working days notice was provided. Children should bring weather appropriate items such as labelled sun protection cream, sun hat, change of clothes, wet weather clothing each day. If you are unable to plan the days you require in advance then 48 hours advance notice must be given. This allows us an opportunity to revise any staffing requirements to accommodate your request. A place will only be provided if staff/child ratios allow us to accommodate your request. For child protection, children's personal mobiles are not permitted in BOSS. Any personal belongings brought to BOSS remain the responsibility of the child, parent / carer. Premier / Super Fifestyle discounts will apply for valid cards in bill payers name.
