With*direcBon*from*the*NaBonal*Leadership*ConsorBum,*the* SWIFT*Center*will*rely*on*a*naBonal*faculty*of*TA*consultants* who*are*experienced*with*inclusive*MTSS*school*reform.** These*TAs*will*provide*onZsite,*hands*on*experBse*in* instanBaBng*SWIFT*criBcal*features*applied*to*teachers,* coaches,*administrators,*school*sta,*and*families*during*two* day*site*visits,*four*Bmes*per*year*beginning*year*two.* Using*a*mulBZBered*approach*these*TAs*will*be*trained*to*a*high* level*of*delityZusing*the*SWIFT*Field*Guide*(a*Center*product* for*disseminaBon*during*year*1).**
