Drives activity has created Specialized Path to match our new business model. It is dedicated to people with already a good technical experience in Automation. The target is to provide complete training on each product range for: Product Application Engineers (PAE)
Solution Application Engineers (SAE) Application development Engineer (ADE)
5 different paths:

The training consists in a 4 weeks training program. Drives activity takes in charge hotel, flight, airport transfer, lunch costs. End-User Training Courses Drives University

M&D University has been created in 2006. Due to the new organization, the name is now Drives University, this University is more Drives and Drive Systems dedicated, but we offer
also a Motion and Machine Solutions basics part. The target is to train young engineers from different countries to become Drives and Drive Systems specialist as either:
Product Manager
or
Product Applications Engineer

The training consists in a 10 months program , including all the basics and complete product range for Drives and Drive Systems (with Motion and Machine Solutions
basics).
The candidates are recruited by the countries in accordance with our required profile. During the training, all costs are supported by Drives activity (salary, travelling, housing allocation ). As a counterpart, this recruitment is to make + 1 in the Drives local team After the training session, the candidate will return to his/her country to take his/her new job,
for 3 years minimum.
We invite you to discover the program more in details in the next page.
Registrations schedule : Countries send the CV : from beginning of August to end of September Drives training staff validates the student list : by the end of November.
