We have examined, understood and checked these RFT documents and have ascertained that they contain no errors or other defects. We, the undersigned, offer to construct these Facilities under the above-named Contract in full, execute and complete the Works and remedy any defects therein in conformity with the RFT documents and with our enclosed Tender (including this letter) for the price of Thirty Million Nine hundred and thirty nine Thousand and Ninety Naira (N 30,939,090.00) for the Two (2) units 3- Bedroom Terrace Houses ; Eighteen Million One hundred and Seventy one Thousand Seven hundred and fourty one Naira (N18,171,741.00) for 3-Bedroom Semi Detached Duplex; Twenty two Million One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Four hundred and Sixty three Naira (22,121,463.00) for 4- Bedrrom Semi Detached Duplex and Thirteen Million Two hundred and Twenty Thousand and Sixty hundred and ten Naira (13,220,610.00) for 4- Bedroom Duplex or such other sums as may be determined in above amount is in accordance with the Price Schedules attached herewith and are made part of this Tender.
