Teacher & students develop some classroom rules together. Establish positive relationship with students. Teacher should react calmly & quickly towards misbehaviour. (Learn Portal, 2013)

The Dreikurs Model (Logical Consequences) ~ Discipline is based on the principle of mutual respect. ~ People need to feel a sense of belonging in a social group. ~ Misbehaviour occurs due to the lack of a sense of belonging. ~ Mistaken goals (Seeking attention, power & revenge, & feeling inadequacy).

~How to maintain students discipline. Teacher should not reward misbehaviour Teacher could direct students goal for getting power by having them participate in making decision activity. Teacher should encourage students who display inadequacy.

3 types of teachers ~Autocratic: Control the classroom through heavyhanded approaches. ~ Permissive: Place a few limitations on the students behaviour. ~ Democratic: Controls the students in a positive ways & provide positive studentteacher relationship (Learn Portal, 2013)
