The positions available in PEAKS are for , A. Financial planner / controller Projects : Responsible for a. Projects budgets / controls , cash flows projections , planning , daily , weekly , monthly ,quarterly budgets , this assignment require working closely with Projects manager . b. Following & planning projects weekly/monthly expenditures, suppliers payment scheduling , along with projected planned revenue/billing . c. Bridging / maintaining project finance packages sourced from banks along with actual updated projects execution requirements and progress . d. Developing long term cash flow projections and determining/improving company capability in investing in more heavy machinery , e. Financing proposals / feasibility , and bank negotiations of proposals for heavy equipment purchases on a mid term basis 3-5 years basis . This will improve the company fleet and increase the range of services capabilities that will lead into increased revenues . f. The above can be best achieved while bridging company balance sheet / company liquidity ratios , maintaining the covenants required by financing bodies , and the projected cash flow planned and maintained by the company operation . B. Senior accounts manager / cost analyst : Responsible for

a. Developing chart of accounts, implementing new ERP system with budget & project management control capabilities. b. Maintaining minute cost centers that will improve company cost analysis data about all its operation , c. Detailing projects execution costs each depending on its type , this will improve the company future competitiveness , or future pricing /bidding strategies . d. Establishing SBUs Specialized Business Units , accounting system & process , Consolidating company balance sheets e. Maintaining monthly , quarterly , yearly reporting milestones . Sample of work and why I should be selected: I in this organization made many positive changes, modified the format of Goods Received Note(GRN) previously GRN did not show the value of goods received,bill#,gate pass #,rate ,Now this new GRN modified by me shows the same.

I computerized the inventory in the system, previously wrong inventory code in wrong head of accounts inventory were entered, I modified the same. Previously no computerized records of sales receipts were made,I maintained upto date record of sales receipts. Previously no fixed asset register was there, I introduced the same and maintained it manually and in excel. I observed weaknesses in accounting and internal control system and reported the same to our internal Group Auditor, Managing Director & Project Director.
