The priority sectors in our programme will be concentrated to three sectors, currently being discussed with government, but based on initial indications, we will be continuing on our current path and on the same basis of excellent relations.

The bilateral and multilateral development assistance arrangement between the Government of Uganda and the EU and its 27 member countries is in constant evolution. Uganda and the EU, enjoy a very close relationship, in many ways this is a profound bond between allies and friends. This relationship is one where you can express freely the positive and the less positive issues openly and honestly to each other, and where every side listens carefully to the other. We look forward to continuing this frank, productive and supportive relationship.
