company. This means that Express scripts Health is a managed care organization that focuses specifically on the cost effective and appropriate delivery of prescription medications to the market. Medco assists customers to moderate the cost and enhance the quality of prescription drug benefits provided to members nationwide. It ensures that millions of Americans have access affordable, high quality prescription health care. Claims processing, or claims adjudication, is the process of paying or rejecting a members prescription drug claim. It is one of the most important functions at Medco Health. The claims processing portion of the Express scripts business is referred as Point of Sale System .POS system is handling three submission type Card, Mail and Directs.
Role and Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirements in FRD. Involved in discussion with Business and raising the change request Understanding the business functionality. Preparing test cases based on use cases and FRD. Description: FHS Corporation based in Richmond, Virginia; USA is a leading

health care management and information services company specializing in public sector health care clients. They are currently serving Medicaid and other Public Sector programs in over 24 states FH automated and currently maintains the Medicaid system for the State of Nevada, Alaska, and Virginia. The Medicaid is a health insurance policy put into effect by the government of USA under which every state is required to provide the citizens who are below a certain income level with medical benefits free of cost. The system verifies, adjudicates and processes the claims submitted by the service providers through the five subsystems namely, Provider, Recipient, Claims, Financial and Referential. The application also allows the users for online change and inquiry of the various Medical benefits and Packages they can avail. It also allows the Medicaid authorities to enter new Plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzing Functional specification documents. Uploading the Test cases to Quality center Evaluating the execution of Test Cases. Involved in verifying the integrity of data flow between two or more tables Performed Regression Testing, functional testing and user interface Testing. Analyzing the results and prepared bug reports. Test Execution, Defect Logging, Peer Reviews, Defect Analysis and Defect Reporting.

Description: Amercian Express is the one of the biggest Banking Company

based at USA. American Express operates the Banking and Credit Cards & Debit Cards. MAPS (Merchant Accounts Payable System) - System designed for payment of Service Establishments (SE's). SE's submit Record of Charges (ROCs) to AMEX. The ROCs are created when a cardholder uses his/her card at a SE. Payments are made to SE's directly through the SE's bank account if the SE has setup an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer facility with American Express For SE's that have not established an ACH transfer facility, payment is made through checks.
