Technical Case
Q1- during the upgrade of the license , there was choose of file type as auto rather than .ini , after 1 upgrading the license and try to connect with the WebLct , connection fails , there was many trials to connect but no action. while trying to delete the IF1A board after deleting the cross-connection the board could no be deleted. 2 in 1+0 link I delete the IF cross connection all , then delete the clock source priority , then try to delete the card but also an error. I go to one site trying to find ID or IP data of that site to login, I check with NOC , but that link is not 4 managed , and I could not find any ip data about even I use navigator to got the connection but I find no solution. I can login to the IDU with the Navigator, but if I use WebLct to login with the ID and IP I have I got error 5 message [ LCT acess failure , or LCT access disable]. 3 after I upgrade the NE-SOFT of the IDU and the ODU oduboxup.hwx , I have critical Alarm MW_LOF and 6 RSL_LOW , I check the RSL of that IDU it was -40 dB , but the Actual Transmit power was -55dB and the odu changed to mute state , I try to reconfigure the T In WebLCT After the staff double-clicks startWebLct and using the password T2000 of the user admin in the IE window, The IE window disappears and only the background window of the Tomcat is displayed. Q8- during the upgrade after replacing the IFA1 with IFH2 and upgrading the FPGA files of the new IF board 8 , RSL is normal , cross connections has been restored , but services still down.

after upgrading all and trying to return the cross connection in Hub site have around 16 E1 service, there was an error message illegal operation, invalid low order number. Cross connection cannot be added.

Solution
making hardware restart of the IDU , then after login only SCC card was found and other boards definition lost > in the layout right click on PXC boards then select add physical board then add the other boards , then check your ODU RX-Level and Frequency IF Board could not be deleted for one of three reasons [Cross connection relation to be deleted all, clock source priority of that IF card to be deleted all, IF 1+1 protection group to be deleted all]. after you go to the clock source priority tab under Clock folder in NE explorer and select the IF Card and press delete , the card actually did not deleted till you press apply. I you fail to login by the id you have in the sheet , but the opposite friend in the other site can login by navigator , he can simply after he login to his IDU to click on the button Login in the left upper corner of his navigator window , the he write y go back to navigator and write this command: cfg set lctaces: enable, then check that your command accepted by writing the command :cfg-get-lctaces: then press enter , then try to login again by WEBLCT. go to IDU frequency tab , choose BY Function in the upper right corner of the window , then from pull down arrow select Frequency range , record that range , go back and reselect BY BOARD check button , then check if the actual transmit frequency is withi A- Run the Web LCT again and check the pop-up IE window. Then, the Web LCT runs normally. C- Open normal IE window , select tools >> Pop-up Blocker >> Pop-up Blocker Settings >> in the allowed sites Pan , select all then >> remove all.
