Tata Steel invites applications for Manager (IL5) / Assistant Manager (IL6) from wards of employees. Candidates meeting the following criteria can apply for positions at different locations of Tata Steel. Position 1. Manager (IL5) 2. Assistant Manager (IL6) Employees Wards: Son / Daughter / Son-in-law (in case of employees has no son) / Spouse of employees are eligible. Wards of ex-employees (Employees who have superannuated, taken Early Separation Scheme / Medical Separation Scheme or Transferred to Group Companies) are also eligible. Employee Wards who has completed full time BE / B Tech / B Sc. (Engg.) / ME / M Tech/ / MBA / MCA / ICAI / ICWA from recognized institutes will be considered. He / She must have minimum 60% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. Only full time courses will be considered. Candidates with Part Time / Correspondence / Distance Learning will not be eligible. For IL5 Candidates should have minimum two year post qualification relevant experience. For IL6 Candidates with less than two years of post-qualification relevant experience. He / She should not be more than 30 years of age, as on 1st April, 13. 1. Those wards who are currently employed in Tata Steel will not be considered. 2. Eligible employee wards, who are currently employed with Group Company, will need to furnish an NOC from the present employer before being considered for employment in Tata Steel. The NOC will have to be produced before the candidate can be called for the interview. 3. All selected candidates will have to be medically fit as per companys medical fitness standards, before their appointment. 4. The placement of those selected could be at any location where the company has its operations. Eligible candidates will have to appear for Written Test. It will consist of Aptitude test (Objective type) and Domain Test (Descriptive type). Candidates qualifying the Witten Test will be eligible for Assessment Center and Panel Interview process. Candidate who are successful in the selection process will be offered the position of Manager / Assistant Manager in the level (IL6 / IL5) based on Experience, Suitability and Selection Process decision.
