27 days. After 3 days, reinforcement
of 300 men arrived, the remaining food
will now last for how many days?
• Total provision = 500*27
• After Three days 500*27 – 3*500
• Remaining food = 12000
• Now we have 800 men

shares at Rs. 7.20. invested the proceeds in
cotton shares, (face value 10). @ 16.8. how
many cotton shared did he buy?

• =1400*7.2 = 10080

• He purchases one share @ 16.8
