The Institution, the largest professional body of engineers and technologists in the country, invites applications for the following positions :-

1. DIRECTOR(ADMINISTRATION) Qualification: MBA (or equivalent) from a reputed recognised Institute/university with LLB. Experience: Minimum 15 year experience in senior management position in the field of Human Resource Management matters, particularly Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training, union and disciplinary matters etc with sufficient exposure to legal matters is required. He/She shall be responsible for HR matters, Personnel Management, Administrative and Legal matters at the Headquarters and Centers of the Institution

2.Executive (System Administration Section) Qualification: Graduate Applications/ MCA in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer

Experience: Three years post-qualification experience in .Net Technologies/Crystal Report/Database under Oracle/MS SQL Server environment, network/LAN. For post 1 : Pay Band: Rs.37400-67000/- GP: Rs.8700/- and TE Rs.102570 /(approx.). Age Limit : 50 yrs. For post 2: Pay Band: Rs.15600-39100/- GP: Rs.5400/- and TE Rs.49860/- (approx.). Age Limit : 35 yrs. General: i) Age Limit & Post qualification experience to be reckoned as on 01 July, 2013; Age relaxable by 3 yrs. for deserving candidates as per rule. ii) Incumbents are transferable to any place in India. iii) TE includes DA, HRA & Transport Allowance.
