PRAISE & PRAYER POINTS JUNE 2013 Praise Points The 1st Enrichment Retreat for Hindi Bereaved

d families was conducted from 10th to 12th May at Nagpur, coordinated by Mrs. Pushpa Waghmare, Founder / Director, Ashirvad Kanti. 12 ladies and their children participated. Praise God for its impact on the participants.

Enrichment Retreat for Bereaved family was conducted in Tamil at ODC from 14th to 16th May. 3 resource persons and 11 families from different missions attended with their children.

School of Music (19-26 May): Resource person- Mr. Ebenezer (BYM) from Vellore. We had 19 children and 12 adults as participants at ODC.

Mr. Deepak has left MUT ministry & is willing to join in some other ministry. We praise God and acknowledge his sincere service for 3 years in MUT ministry and wish him and family Gods blessings for the future. We have given him a farewell on 31st May.

Mr. John Daniel, an experienced Mission leader with Maharashtra Village Ministry, joined ministries of MUT as the Coordinator for Rest Houses in Vellore, Chennai & Mumbai. He will be also responsible for all the administration works of MUT from 1st June 2013. (Photo: welcoming ceremony)

Mr. Anand Kumar from Compassion India, Calcutta joined as a Coordinator in ODC from 1st June onwards. 'MUT Area Representatives Get together' held on 18th May at Madurai. Mrs. & Mr. Christudoss, MUT Care giver, Chennai are blessed with a baby boy on 6th May & Mrs. & Mr. Deepak are blessed with a baby girl on 9th May. Mr. Paul Jeysingh - Independent missionary - Gujarat kidney transplant was done on 10th April. Transplanted kidney is functioning well. His wife donated one of her kidneys. Both are under post operative treatment.

Mark Abishek (6 yrs), S/o Pst. Vijaymashi ECI, Fathepur- (Deaf & Dumb) Undergoing speech Therapy. Improving slowly.

Mrs. Ahila Sankar (28 yrs), FMPB, Assam - has been diagnosed blood cancer (Lymphoma 2nd stage). Completed 3rd chemo. She needs to undergo 4 cycles of chemotherapy periodically and radiation also.

Supriya, D/o Mr. Yesudhas, NMS, Karnataka Blood cancer. Has come for checkup.

Mr. Sunil Marandi, OM, Andhra met with an accident before, came for review. Will be coming for plastic surgery after 6 months.

Shiba Ekka (17 yrs), D/o Mrs. Shirin Ekka, SU, Jharkhand Stomach problem

Mrs. Amutha Mary, IPA, Salem cyst in the ovary. Surgery over on 30th May. Mr. G.S. Paul, FMPB, Chittoor Potassium deficiency. Mrs. Joshua Anand, ICCC, Guntur Medical Checkup. Mrs. Manobhai Austin, GEMS, Bihar Cancer breast. Surgery done and affected breast was removed. Followed by surgery completed chemo successfully. At present taking radiation therapy in Chennai.

Left after treatment Mr. Duke Joel Ragland, S/o Rev. Raja Edwin Moses, FMPB, Haryana Had surgery for cancer leg followed by completed Radiation & Chemo successfully. Doctors declared that the cancer has been healed and they left happily. Praise God! He is studying Engineering 2nd year in Chennai. Left on 28th May. Mr. Paul Annasamy, NSM, Dharmapuri (chest pain) Angioplasty done for 2 blocks on 30th May and left on 1st June. Mr. Suresh Mahure, MVM, Nagpur Had problem in his ear, surgery over on 3rd May. Ms. Revathy Patre, MVM, Maharashtra (mitral valve stenosis), Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV) done on 8th May. To come for review after 3 months. Mrs. Santhiya Rani, W/o Mr. Samson Prabhakar, IEM, Pune suffering from proteineurea, came for follow up. To come for review after 3 months. Jonathan S J, S/o Mr. Dambarudhan Sethi, EFICOR, Bihar (developmental problem) Angel (4 yrs), D/o Mr. Munjam Paul, CGMM, Maharashtra (Right Leg congenital deformity), correctional surgery on 6th May. Mrs. Sasikala Rajnikanth, Harvesters Bible Church, Chittoor Tubal pregnancy, underwent surgery on 3rd May. Mr. Pradeep Ranjan, World vision, Mumbai. Multiple myeloma, kidney failure. Completed all initial treatment. God miraculously healed him from multiple myeloma. Under dialysis. Mrs. Suniratna Bala, NUTAN, West Bengal (joint pain) and her daughter Sudipta Bala (14 yrs) - (throat problem)

Mrs. Snehalatha Philip, W/o Bro. Philip Bisoyi, BYM missionary, Jeypore, Odisha- (chronic kidney disease). Came for review and left. Well under control with drugs.

Mrs. Helena Ramesh Naikwadi, IET, Assam (Breast cancer) completed all initial treatment, regularly coming for checkup every 3 months.

Ms. Saroja Babu Singh, GEMS, Bihar (Breast Cancer) completed all initial treatment, regularly coming for checkup every 3 months.

Pinky, D/o Mr. Aktar Hossain Molla Simon, NF, West Bengal. (Taking Physiotherapy for leg deformity) improving well

Stephen, S/o Rev. Damodas Das, OFU Hemophilia His condition is stable, no improvement. Since he is taking costly medicine (lifelong), they are taking huge amount of loan and continuing the drug.

Mr. S. Joel Guna Sekar, (53 yrs), Inter-Mission Industrial Development Association, Chennai passed away on 5th May due to heart attack. Leaving behind his wife Mrs. Arulmani, 2 Daughters (one married) and 2 sons (one working and the other studying) Mrs. Salomi Marandi, FMPB Santal Sahibganj region passed away on 8th May. She was suffering of cancer last two years. Pst. Virupakshappa R. Appaji (47 yrs) died on 17th May ---heart attack.
