Dear Friend,
Hello again from everyone at the Full Gospel Lighthouse Church in
Torrington, CT. “This is the day which the Lord hath made; let us rejoice

celebrated Easter, the resurrection of Jesus our Lord, remembering all that He

There is a beautiful lady who has been coming to church for several
months now. She has suffered great tragedies in her family and she was
convinced that she would never find peace in her life. She knew she would go to
Card Ministry her grave desperately heartbroken. No amount of encouragement could change
Convalescent Home her mind, as much as she longed for that change. She came to our church sad
Ministry and hopeless, but as she continued to set under the teaching of God’s Word
Evangelistic something began to happen to her. I told her about a Bible course we received
Tracting from the Full Gospel Interdenominational Church of Manchester, CT which we
Ministry call “First Steps.” It is a wonderful study designed for people new to Christianity
Fasting Ministry and our church. It teaches people how to read the Bible and most importantly,
Foreign Missions how much the Lord loves us. We hear He loves us and He died for us, but what
Foundation Studies does that mean, and how can that apply to us in 2009? Many people really don’t
know the answers to those questions! This lady began taking the course and after

several weeks into it, she now has a different outlook on life. She knows the
Home Missions Lord loves her and will carry her burdens. She knows she doesn’t have to suffer

cares for each and every one of us. He doesn’t save His miracles for just a select
few. But we have to put ourselves in a position where He can add to us faith. Are
you willing to change your outlook and attitude? Are you willing to love the
Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength? One person noted the other
day that Jesus quoted that Scripture and it says nothing about what a person can
physically do: it all has to do with the spirit and soul of man. A paralyzed person

can love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. It is the position of our heart.
This woman at our church desired the change and positioned herself to receive the change. I
know you can, too! Forgive others and forgive yourself and turn to Jesus with all your heart. He
will change your life and remove all your sins and iniquities. He cannot live in a person’s heart
that is bitter and angry and miserable. But if you will give Him your heart, He will transform it
and give you His peace and love, which passes understanding!
May God richly bless you and your family this month. Please remember, our church is
praying for you. The Bible says, “…and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be
preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” If you don’t have a church
