"Sanjay Dutt is not bigger than law or the country. He is a culprit and his crime has been proved," and is convicted by honorable Supreme court . There are reasons given by some quarters that lot off assignments on part of Sanjay dutt are pending, it is insignificant because whosoever is convicted has family , friends and also has some incomplete assignments, this cannot be used as an excuse to evade the punishment. It is well known that Sanjay took possession of a huge cache of arms and ammunitions that was meant to be used against fellow Indians and he tried to cover it up, how can this crime against nation be forgotten and he be pardoned. Sanjay Dutt received the consignment of arms at his Pali Hill residence. It came hidden in the frame of a car. He provided the tools to retrieve the weapons and asked his guard to stand at a location from where the car was not visible. Then there were phone records to prove that he spoke to Anees Ibrahim. He himself confessed to this. Shreeman jee, Nobody is bigger than law. Law is equal for all. If there is any relief given to Sanjay Dutt it will send a wrong signal in general masses and will set a wrong legal precedent. Akhil Bharat Hindu Yuvak Sabha requests the highest office in India to kindly to reject the plea for clemency as well as and relaxation in surrendering on 18th of April 2013.
