Salary and Allowances In accordance with Company's Policies, you will receive the following monthly salary and allowances: QAR 2,750 per month QAR 350 per month (a) Basic salary Company Accommodation or QAR 1,500 per month. (b) Transport allowance The option of providing Company Accommodation or (c) Housing Allowance paying Housing Allowance is at sole discretion and choice of the Company. (d) Laundry Allowance : Laundry services provided by the company. 3.2 You will also be entitled to other allowances and benefits applicable to your job grade and duties in accordance with Company's Policies. 4. Place of Work Your place of work will be in the State of Qatar, but if circumstances require the Company reserves the right, upon giving you written notice and subject to compliance with any procedure stipulated in the Company's Policies, to transfer you to any place of work inside or outside the State of Qatar. 5. End-of-Service-Benefits You will be entitled to end-of-service benefits for each year of completed service payable at the end of your employment with the Company in accordance with Company's Policies. 6. Annual Leave Thirty (30) calendar days on full pay for each year of service following completion of the Probation Period. 7. Ticket Entitlements 7.1 Free "Y" class annual leave ticket, once a year on Qatar Airways' flights for yourself, in accordance with Company's Policies. 7.2 You will also be entitled to ID tickets on Qatar Airways' flights in accordance with Company's Policies and as per Company's interline agreements on other airlines after the completion of your Probation Period. STAFF CONFIDENTIAL Medical Insurance and Accident Insurance Cover You will be reimbursed the cost of the Qatar Government Health Card for yourself. You will also be covered under the Company's Group Life/Accident and Disability Insurance Plan in accordance with Company's Policies, and the coverage limits, exclusions, and rules of the insurers. 9. Probation Period You will be initially employed on probation basis for the first six (6) months from your date of joining during which time either Party can terminate the employment by giving the other Party one (1) week written notice. No leave will be granted during the Probation Period. 10. Termination Either party shall have the right to terminate the employment, at any time, by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days' notice in writing or payment in lieu. 11. Company Policies and Regulations This offer letter and your Employment Contract shall be governed by the Company's Policies and regulations as amended from time to time by the Company. It is your responsibility to be aware of all Company's Policies and regulations that apply to you. Your allowances and benefits are subject to Company's Policies and may be amended, changed, or withdrawn as applicable to all employees of the Company. 12. Contract of Employment 8.

On joining the Company, you will be required to sign an Employment Contract which will, in addition to your Basic Salary, state the terms and conditions of your employment. Your allowances and benefits will be in accordance with Company's Policies as applicable to all employees on the same grade. Conditional Offer This offer of employment is conditional and is subject to the following conditions having been met: 1. Completion of the Company Pre-Employment Medical Questionnaire. 2. The Company receiving satisfactory references from your present and previous employers. 3. Your ability to pass Government medical checks and obtain a police clearance certificate. 4. Providing satisfactory proof of your education, qualifications, and experience, as given in the correspondence or CV prior to this offer. 5. Company being able to obtain your employment visa and all other necessary government approvals. 6. Producing a release letter from your present or last employer. 7. Signing the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement. Governing Law This offer letter and your Employment Contract shall be governed by the Qatar Labour Law and all other applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute shall be referred to the Qatari Courts and shall be construed in accordance with Qatari laws. Validity This offer letter will remain open for your acceptance before 20 March, 2013. Should your reply not be received, for any reason, prior to such date, this offer will be deemed withdrawn.

Employee Non-Disclosure Agreement During the course of my employment with Air Emirates(the "Company"), I understand that the Company and/or the Related Companies (as defined below) (together the "Group Company") or its clients, customers, agents, representatives, suppliers, or contractors (together the "Clients") may disclose to me as an employee of the Company certain information, and I may also have access to confidential, proprietary, or privileged information of the Group Company or its Clients. I understand that all information of whatever nature relating to the Group Company or the Clients, and all information received, accessed, created, used, or obtained by me, during the course of my employment with the Company (together " Confidential Information") must be held in strict confidence at all times and any doubts that I may have as to whether any information may be disclosed should be resolved in favour of maintaining confidentiality, and I further agree as follows: 1. I will only use the Confidential Information for the purpose of performing the services required from me pursuant to the terms of my employment contract with the Company. I will not, at any time, use the Confidential Information in any other fashion, form, or manner or for any other purpose of whatsoever nature, and I will not discuss with family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, or any other person any Confidential Information, except when necessary and specifically authorised by the Company in order to carry out my job responsibilities. 2. I agree not to disclose the Confidential Information in any manner to anyone other than persons within the Company's organisation who have a need to know and provided such persons have acknowledged, in writing, the obligations hereunder and have agreed to abide by the terms hereof. Under no circumstances shall I disclose the Confidential Information to any third party, unless such third party has a need to know and is under a written obligation to the Company not to disclose such Confidential Information. 3. I acknowledge that all Confidential Information in whatever form is, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its Clients. I shall not copy any Confidential Information for any purpose without the express prior written consent of the Company, and if consent is granted, any such copies shall contain such proprietary rights and notices as they appear on the originals thereof. Any copies of the Confidential Information that the Company may have permitted me to make, or other written materials incorporating Confidential Information, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its Clients and must be returned to the Company or destroyed upon the first to occur of (a) termination of my employment with the Company; (b) completion of my use of the same for the purpose described herein; or (c) at the request of the Company. 4. This Agreement shall not prevent my disclosure of Confidential Information that is, or has become, generally available to the public (other than as a result of a breach by me of this Agreement). 5. In the event I become legally compelled to disclose Confidential Information, I agree to provide the Company with written notice of such requirement promptly upon becoming aware thereof and sufficiently prior to any disclosure (provided that I am not otherwise prohibited by law from providing such notice) so that the Company may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy. In the event that such protective order or other remedy is not obtained, I agree to furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information that I am advised by counsel to disclose and shall disclose the Confidential Information in a manner reasonably designed to preserve its confidential nature. In the event of such a disclosure, I shall use reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurances that confidential treatment will be accorded to the disclosed Confidential Information. 6. I acknowledge and agree that the Confidential Information is the property of the Company or its Clients and to be used for Company's business purposes only and that no ownership or other proprietary rights whatsoever are granted to me pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Confidential Information. 7. I acknowledge that the Confidential Information disclosed or made available to me is valuable to the Company and that any threatened or actual breach of this Agreement by me would cause irreparable injury to the Company, for which monetary damages would be inadequate. Accordingly, I agree that the Company shall have the right to seek an immediate injunction enjoining any such breach or threatened breach of this Agreement and seeking appropriate remedies and compensation for such breach.

8. I shall promptly advise the Company, in writing, of any unauthorised use or disclosure of the Confidential Information of which I become aware and I shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company to bring about the cessation of such unauthorised use or disclosure. 9. For the purpose of this Agreement "Related Companies" means all subsidiaries and holding companies of the Company ("Sister Companies") and all subsidiaries and holding companies of all Sister Companies ("Related Sister Companies") and all companies of the shareholder of any Sister Companies and Related Sister Companies, whether existing now or at any time during my employment with the Company. 10. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date hereof. I understand that my obligations with respect to confidentiality under the terms of this Agreement shall survive termination of my employment and the return of Confidential Information to the Company. 11. This Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Qatar. The terms of this Agreement shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
