RUNNING AND CEMENTING PROCEDURE 5-1/2 LINER 1. Drill to 14,000. CBU and condition hole as necessary. POH and log well as required. Make a wiper trip to TD. Circulate and condition hole to run liner. Drop 2.0 OD rabbit on 100+ wire before POH to verify DP clearance for 1.844" OD DP pump down plug. Make up liner as follows: 5-1/2", P-110, AB STL Weatherford Float Shoe 5-1/2, P-110, AB STL Weatherford Straight Blade In-line Centralizer Sub with 6-1/4 OD blades 2 jts. - 5-1/2", 20#, Q-125 AB STL liner 5-1/2, P-110, AB STL Weatherford Straight Blade In-line Centralizer Sub with 6-1/4 OD blades 1 jt. - 5-1/2", 20#, Q-125 AB STL liner 5-1/2", P-110, AB STL Weatherford Float Collar 1 jts. - 5-1/2", 20#, Q-125 AB STL liner 5-1/2, P-110 Baker Type II Landing Collar with STL connections pinned for 2838 psi shear Approx. 1800 of 5-1/2, 20#, Q-125 AB STL liner 5-1/2, 20#, P-110 STL liner to provide for a 200+ lap length Baker liner hanger assembly with 5-1/2 X 7-5/8 HMC liner hanger and 10 long tieback sleeve (liner hanger pinned for 1928 psi set pressure) and ZXP liner top packer Baker 2RH liner running tool

2.

Liner centralization The Weatherford 6-1/4 OD straight blade in-line centralizer subs will be run across pay zones as required. Run one Weatherford 6-1/4 OD straight blade in-line centralizer subs in liner lap at approximately 10,400. Thread lock the bottom three (3) joints of casing. Break circulation after picking up 3 liner joints to check float equipment and landing collar. Circulate liner capacity at surface after making up liner hanger and visually check for any leaking components before running in the hole on DP. Break circulation slowly at all times with liner to minimize surge pressures on wellbore and hanger. Note: Limit circulating pressure to approximately 1200 psi to avoid prematurely setting liner hanger. 3. Run liner to bottom of 7-3/4" casing on 3-1/2 & 5" DP filling every 10 stands. Make up plug dropping head on stand in derrick. Before going out in open hole, read and record pick up and slack off weights. RIH with liner to TD. Reciprocate liner slowly while circulating bottoms up past TOL to prevent cuttings from packing off around tieback sleeve on liner top. Circulate bottoms up and condition hole to try to avoid a well control incident during cement job. Drop 11/2 brass ball and allow ball to seat in hanger running tool. Pick up off bottom approximately 2 and pressure up to 2500 psi setting liner hanger. Slack off and verify liner hanger set. Blow out ball seat with 3500 psi and circulate approximately 5 minutes before shutting down to release running tool. Rotate running tool out of setting sleeve to release liner. verify liner being released. Pick up 3 and note loss of weight to

Estimated capacities: 5" & 3-1/2 Work String - 141 bbls (assumes 6,235' of 5" DP and 4,065 of 3-1/2 DP) 5-1/2 liner capacity - 82 bbls (assumes 3,700 of 5-1/2 liner)

5.

Cement casing as follows: Pump 30 bbls of spacer mixed at 18.0 ppg (30 bbls of spacer pumped at 3 BPM gives 10 minutes contact time for spacer on formation face) Pump 221 sks premium cmt + additives mixed at 18.5 ppg ( 1.41 yield). [312 cu-ft slurry, 55.6 bbls slurry] designed for 8 hrs pumping time. This cement volume should bring cement up to 10,000' in the 3-1/2 DP X 7-3/4" annulus. Release DP wiper plug while pumping cement and displace cement with mud. Pump a slug on last 30 bbls of displacement in case liner top packer does not set properly. Perform all displacements with cementing unit. Keep displacement rates fairly constant throughout cement job if possible but slow pumps enough to watch for DP dart to latch up in liner wiper plug so that displacement volumes can be adjusted if necessary for remainder of displacement. Bump plug with 1500 - 2000 psi. Do not overdisplace more than 3 bbls beyond the anticipated 219 bbl displacement volume. Bleed off pressure from floats. Pick up running tool to engage dogs on top of liner top packer. Rotate DP string slowly and set down 60,000 lbs setting liner top packer. If floats do not hold then DP will be picked up out of hanger assembly allowing well to Utube and a total of six stands of drill pipe will be pulled which is above the cement column in the 3-1/2 DP X 7-3/4 casing annulus.

Also, if the liner top packer does not set then again six stands of drill pipe will be pulled which is above the cement column in the 3-1/2 DP X 7-3/4 casing annulus. In both cases the well will be immediately circulated out the long way once reaching this depth, the well will be closed in on the hydril and monitored until the cement is set below before pulling pipe. 6. Pick up liner running tool out of hanger assembly and reverse circulate out excess cement. Test liner top packer and casing to 1500 psi ( 20.4 ppg) for approximately 5 minutes (this is only a qualitative test and no charting is required at this time). Pump a nut plug sweep followed by a 5 Halliburton DP wiper ball to remove cement sheath out of drill pipe. POH with running tool laying down excess 5 DP.
