bye law community shopping , schools , Hospital , Community centre , Club house etc .

Mall At Wazirpur : My role in this project was at close out stage
MY Role : 1) Project formulation & Viability analysis along with marketing
department as well as cost analysis ,2) providing technical support to Liaison
department in Licensing, Demarcation , Zoning , EIA , Airport authority ,ground water ,
HUDA Forest , Fire department etc .3)
HUDA, 3) Preparing project brief and RFP for Consultants
4) Overall Planning designing and construction of sample flat complete with interiors
4) Short listing and appointing consultants 5) Design coordination and quality
management of consultant deliverables i.e. drawings and construction documents
both in terms of accuracy and schedule 6) Coordinating project team on behalf of
HO and accountable for release of GFC to site 7) Coordinating and managing all
stake holders in any required change stipulated by leadership 8) Created standard
project management tools and check lists 8) Part of vendor short listing , tender
floating , Bid review ,Rate negotiation and contract finalization team 9) On site
