SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
Objective: Vendor or Suppliers affect the quality of products. It is manufacturer's responsibility to ensure that the production process of their products meet appropriate quality standards and regulations. Especially with new vendors/suppliers there is a potential risk they might fail to provide the required quality. Furthermore, vendors / suppliers are often far from the buyer's site. Therefore, an independent and highly qualified third party is needed to assess and evaluate vendors to make sure that they are able to provide expected quality. Solution: Prince International carries systematic, independent Vendor Assessments and Technical Audits at Vendors / Suppliers premises to assess their ability to undertake specific orders in accordance with client's requirements. Our services range from single visit to complete vendor appraisals and control Schemes. The service is conducted by Prince International Engineers at the vendor's premises and/ or construction site. Assessment findings are presented in a detailed report submitted with backup documentation. Vendor Qualifications: Prince International defines and assigns a criteria for selecting suppliers based on predetermined qualifications and past performance. All our suppliers have ISO 9001, API or CE, and all products are supplied with manufacturers' warranties and full En10204. 3.1 certification, or letter of conformity free of charge.

Electric control fire monitor Since the beginning of the refining and petro-chemical industries, distillation has always been the key-process for separation. Distillation towers are the easiest equipments that can be spotted in any refineries mainly due to their size but also their numbers. Fractionation is the mass-transfer between a contacted liquid and gas-phase in order to separate the components in liquid complex mixture. Distillation towers are high-vertical cylindrical vessels that contain various internals, flat metal plates called trays or discrete geometric pieces, packing that will enhance the gas and liquid contact to promote the mass-transfer. Columns can contain up to one-hundred trays for difficult separations. On each tray, liquid is flowing horizontally from one side to the other, falling to the tray below on weirs and down comers. Gas phase is flowing vertically, passing as bubbles through the liquid phase.
