Prepare daily task checklist, including notes for 1st importance, 2nd importance 6. Consider still pending tasks since yesterday 7. Spend time wisely 8. Setting up of realistic expectations (personal & departmental objectives) 9. Goals should be challenging, but can be obtainable / achieved
