NoViComp - Damped
Description
NoViComp is a lightweight metal sandwich plate consisting of 2 aluminum sheets bonded with a viscoelastic mastic layer. NoViComp offers very good airborne noise insulation and structural damping loss up to 20 dBa over plain solid metal sheet. NoViComp reflects sound energy back into machinery spaces and away from living accommodations. NoViComp's smooth surface is preferred over typical perforated plate to improve fire resistance, aesthetics and cleanability.

Description
NoViComp-Lite panels consist of very thin (0.25mm) aluminum skins bonded to a tough low density thermoplastic core. Available in either solid core at 2 & 3 mm total thickness. NoViComp-Lite panels offers superior airborne noise insulation and damping losses over plain solid metal sheet. Increased damping loss produces a more comfortable sound deadening as compared to solid sheet metal surfaces. FIRE TESTING: - ASTM E84 - zero flame spread, fuel contribution and smoke density. - Surface burning :NFPA Class A and UBC Class 1. - UL 94 - V-0 rating NoViComp-Lite panels are easily fabricated by saw or router. Corners and box shapes can be formed by partial routing through back skin into core to produce a hinge fold. Attachment by rivet, screw or adhesive bond with 3M-VHB tape. Resistant to water, oil, fuel and diluted acids. Service temperatures from 20 C up to 120 C

Millennium Metal is a micro perforated aluminum sheet that provides ideal airflow resistance to optimally absorb sound. Low Frequency Absorption can be Tuned by increasing the trapped air space behind it. Absorption is further enhanced by adding NoViTec Melamine Foam into the air cavity which resists the coupled volume resonances common in the low frequency region Millennium Metal , in combination with a honeycomb core and NoViComp composite panel outer skin creates a superior lightweight rigid acoustical panel which can be used to make unframed acoustical enclosures with excellent absorption and sound transmission properties

Description
Ready-to-use laminated panels for interior
partitioning, floating floors and furniture joinery consisting of marine quality Water/Boil/Proof cover plates combined with foam or honeycomb core and acoustic barrier layers. Several types are available and have superior transmission loss and dampening as compared to standard plywood. The barrier core sheet is a flexible sound-absorbing sheet. The open-cell core structure in combination with a Urethane Type 1 resilient glue provides structural adhesive strength and sufficient flexibility to improve the acoustic properties. Panels can be veneered directly.

Polypropylene Honeycomb
Description
PolyCore polypropylene honeycomb cores unique cell structure has 3 orientations vs. 2 orientations common with other honeycomb, making its properties more uniform. Each cell has a tubular form and is inherently stable. PolyCore is supplied with or without a non-woven polyester veil for better bonding. It is also supplied with or without a film barrier under the polyester veil to limit the amount of resin consumption in Infused Resin applications.

ProMarine-640 and ProMarine-450 panels are supplied as a system to meet A, B and C-Class Shipboard Fire Divisions with a full selection of Fire Rated HPL or natural wood veneers. A complete range of install joining profiles and custom cutting to suit any shipboard or offshore platform requirement is available. ProMarine-640 and ProMarine-450 Are manufactured using autoclaved Calcium Silicate reinforced with selected minerals and fibers. The panels contain no asbestos. ProMarine-640 and the lighter weight ProMarine-450 have been successfully tested to IMO Res. A799 (19) and A754 (18). Both panel configurations also comply fully with the requirements of Marine Equipment Directive 96/98/EC (amended by Directive 98/95 and Directive 2001/53. Modules B&D and Type Approval.
