Aero modelling Workshop

RC Aircraft Design, Fabrication Flying and Troubleshooting :

The objective of the workshop is to familiarize radio controlled aerial vehicles to the young minds, exposing them to the hands on experience of the design, fabrication and its applications.

RC Aircraft :
The workshop of two days on RC Aircraft will introduce the participants to basic concepts of Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Flight mechanics, Structures etc. and some concepts of Electronics involved in R/C Aircraft technology. The workshop provides a unique opportunity to understand and apply the theory underlying the working of an aircraft, to come up with the design of a mini aircraft and fabricate it from scratch. At the end of the workshop, a brief intro about other RC projects will be given. This will benefit the participants to utilize the components from the workshop to make other RC models.

Workshop Structure :

5. Flight Test Simulator training Pre-flight check points Flight test 6. Troubleshooting, Q&A & Feedback Session Software As a part of the workshop, participants will be given a chance to run the design of the aircraft in a simulator and get a first-hand experience of the design performance. Eligibility Class 11th and onwards. No restrictions on branch, stream & year. Participation: 4 or 5 persons per team Certification: Certificate of merit will be awarded to teams in the category of best fabrication and best innovation. Certificate of participation will be given to all the participants. Workshop Fees: a.
