Industrial training refers to work experience that is relevant to professional development prior to graduation. Student should note that industrial training is an essential component in the development of the pratical and professional skills requirement to a Multimedia student and an aid to prospective employment. Many employers regard this period as an change to train the industrial training student for future employment

Objective of The Training

For this industrial training,trainee have been selected to do the practical training at raffcomm Technologies Sdn. Bhd which is located at Lot 30.2, 30th floor, putra place 100 jalan Putra,50350 Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. Trainee attached to IPTV Team under Ms Fifi Anabell supervision.

1.2 INTRODUCTION
This Industrial Training is one of the requirements for all eligible Kolej Poly-Tech

Mara Ipoh students in Diploma Multimedia course. The main objective of this practical training is to expose students so they could gain experience in the real working environment. Student will be able to apply the skills that they have obtained throughout their academic years. In addition, they can enhance their knowledge and abilities by this industrial training.

Raffcomm Technologies Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Rafflesia Communication Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 23 November 1999 and changed to its current name on 29 August 2008. Raffcomm Technologies has positioned itself as a software house, developing application in a web-based environment and also as a solution intergrator in multi-platform interfaces and communication. The Company has been providing ICT Solutions using advance technology and offering cost efficient product using the best intergration methods available. Currently the company has an authorized and paid-up capital of RM1,000,000,00. This service is the legitimate and legal source of information on companies and business incorporated and registered in Malaysia.

4. CONCLUSION

After 4 month, I gain lot of experience from Raffcomm sdn bhd . En. Muzzafar teach me a lot about broadcasting and video editing . Raffcomm sdn bhd give me education about communication to client, video editing , live broadcasting and other else. All these kind of experience is hard to get in other company but in Raffcomm sdn bhd I learn so much about working environment. Stepping into working environment is not same as study. There are too much conjecture that need to pass. Giving services to client is not easy and simple as we see. It need experience the way to communicate with client. The way how to satisfy the client. For me, this experience is priceless. Hard to get in other company. Lastly, I would like to conclude that, my Industrial Training giving me a lot of experience and teach me to be more confidence to work in multimedia and business site.

4. DISCUSSION

Discussion On complain of the practical training at Raffcomm Technologies Sdn Bhd, trainee firmly believe that such industrial training is very impotant and should be made compulsory for every student who pursues diploma oe even degree courses. Industrial training is a good mechanism where student are exposed to real-life working environment and also a place to gain superfluous knowledge and skills which is not available within their universities or colleges. Besides that, most prominently it is also a preparatory period for student before they start their real career working with more responsibilities and intense stress. Furthermore, the trainee should have the choice of the company that is relevant to his course of study. This the program ensures emphasis of the technicalities that are directly related with their studies.
