Conclusion: The BSC is connected with RBSCBIL, MSC, MSCRPR1 & BSCRGH. From which MSCRPR1 & BSCRGH are Active, Both SLC should be Active. CCITT7 - International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee signaling system number 7.

4. NSSTP; Function: Clock Reference State. Note: This command Prints the state of all connected Clock References. Case: REF 0ETM2, MS-0 1ETM2, MS-0 STATE SB EX BLS

Conclusion: Shows two external clocks. One is in Stand-by mode and another one is in Executed mode (on). At least one clock should be in EX mode.

Conclusion: Shows two internal clocks. Each CLM has 2 oscillator 0,1 and shows control value and average value.

7. DPWSP; Function: CP state. Note: This command Prints the CP working state.

Conclusion: Shows Node-B is in Stand-by state and is working. And Node-A is in EX (executed) state (ON).
