INTRODUCTION A Project which is entitled as a study on customer satisfaction of coirefed allapuzha id done as a part of MBA curriculum. The project helps to know how the company satisfies its customers in this competitive market. Customers are the key to every company. The project helps to understand how the company satisfies customers. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM The study carried out at Coirfed Allapuzha on the topic customer satisfaction. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY The main objective of the study is to know how the company satisfies its customers. It also includes the following objectives Customer satisfaction of coirfed The Various Products offered to Customers Pricing of products for satisfying customers

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY This study helps me to know how a company is able to satisfy its customers. it helps me to know whether the company is able to keep its customers happy. Today the market is a competive market so those companies who satisfies its customers can only sustain in this market. 5. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research is an art of scientific investigation through search for new facts in any branch of knowledge. It is a moment from known to unknown. Research always starts with a question or a problem. Its purpose is to find answers to questions through the application of the scientific method. It is a systematic and intensive study directed towards a more complete knowledge of the subject studied. DESCRIPTIVE STUDY Descriptive research includes survey and fact-finding enquiries of different kinds. The main characteristics of this method, is that the researcher has no control

over the variables, it can only report or what is happening. Descriptive research can be either quantitative or qualitative. Data Collection Primary data personal observation or direct communication with people in either orally or in writing. Secondary data Collected from companys website, and magazines.

Sample Design In this research, the sample size is datas collected from the period of 19-03 2013 to 30-04-2013.
