Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Leadership

A good EHS management system starts from the top managers, without commitment
from the leaders there is no follow-up of correct safety behaviour and environmental
practices, and as a consequence higher risks will be dangling over the business and

Trainer Profile 
Sam Y.S. Lee, CEO, InnoCSR
Sam Lee is the founder and CEO of InnoCSR China. Prior to InnoCSR he worked as a
business consultant for Trilogy China, and for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF),
China. Sam holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a
B.A. from Korea University. At CEIBS, he successfully initiated the annual BGRC (Being
Globally Responsible Conference) Asia’s largest student CSR conference. Sam has trained
number of MNCs in Greater China area on the topics around Corporate Social Responsibility.
Sam authored China MBA (2005) and co- authored In Search of Economic Frontier (2006)

Bill Kung (General Manager & Principal Consultant), Ecovane Consultancy


Bill Kung is an experienced environmental and sustainability expert in China with
over 6 years experience in environmental risk management, 2 years in EHS
management consulting and 3 years in sustainability relevant fields such as energy
efficiency assessment, product environmental assessment and life cycle
management. He has conducted over 20 environmental due diligence and risk
assessment projects and EHS management related training for over 50 MNCs in
China and around Asia. He holds a bachelor of Energy Engineering from Shanghai
Jiaotong University and Master of Eco-technology from Mitt University, Sweden.

Lynn King, Managing Director, SageVision


Lynn King is the founder and managing director of SageVision, a consulting network
dedicated to “Growing Global Green Leaders” through leadership training and
community participation. Lynn holds a Master’s Degree in Organization
Development from The Fielding Institute California, a Bachelor’s Degree from
Princeton University, and a Certificate in Organization Systems and Development
from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Ms. King has done numerous green projects
such as “Shanghai World Financial Centre Conference Forum,” the “GE Internship
program”, the “Eco-Art Bag Leadership Workshop” for Roots & Shoots (Shanghai)
and Minhang Municipal Government (Shanghai)
