Who Are We?
InnoCSR is a strategy & communications agency solely focused on Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR). We firmly believe that CSR strategies should deliver high value
to the society and also to the business world. This sustainable CSR theory can lead
to circulation of investments between private and public sector, hence benefiting both
sides effectively and bridging the gap.
Why InnoCSR Training?
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an essential feature of any business entity
in today’s world. The concept covers wide areas of business, since it investigates
and reasons on how an organization would earn money rather than spend money. At
the same time, current CSR theories and tools are hard to conceptualize by most the
business professionals oriented to their functional areas. InnoCSR helps the
audience in understanding on how to create a viable fit between CSR and their own
industry, their own business and functions.

CSR for SMEs & the Supply Chain Management
- Winning Solutions for SMEs and its Partners
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an indispensable role to China’s growing
economy. As more companies are sourcing from SMEs in China, CSR is playing a
vital role in ensuring the quality of the companies in China. At the same time, SMEs
themselves are faced with different code of conducts from their buyers. SMEs usually
consider CSR as a time and resource consuming COST (constraint) and a tool
more suited for a larger organization. However CSR can play a critical role in
developing SME’s business as well as increasing productivity. This session is
encouraged for SME’s key decision makers as well as procurement/audit managers
of MNCs (or the Buyer Group).

broaden your scope of business. Good “Stakeholder Engagement” is a prerequisite
for an effective functioning of an overall economic and business landscape. There
are several key questions that arise in the process development of an “Effective
Stakeholder Engagement”. We will be looking at answering for instance, how do
you identify stakeholders, how do you create a responsible business strategy
together and how do you communicate with them on matters that have an immediate
