1. Kalachakra and arudha: For understanding this purpose use the Kalachakra.

The fourth planet in the order of the kala is the simple answer although there is a philosophical basis to this as well. The planets in the order of Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Moon & Rahu form the 8 Kala or spokes of the Kalacakra from east to north east directions. No fun without cases 1. If say Rahu is in the 12th house from Arudha Lagna then the 4th from it i.e. Guru shall shine in the Arudha and the native will be spiritual, and maybe an astrologer as well with the knowledge of the Veda or a few Vedanga. 2. If Saturn is in the 12th from Arudha lagna then during its dasa (see Pramod Mahajan chart) the effects of the Sun (4th from Saturn) will shine in the Arudha 3. If Ketu is in the 12th then also the results of Guru is obtained as Ketu sits with Rahu in the kalacakra calculation for this purpose. 4. If Venus is in 12th from Arudha then the effects of Rahu are seen on the Arudha and the native maybe a metallurgist or having foreign connections etc. 5. If Mercury is in 12th from Arudha then the Moon are seen on the AL and popularity and fame is obtained. 6. If Jupiter is in the 12th from Arudha then the effects of saturn are seen in the Arudha and the native is very hardworking, very traditional and the Saturn is very beneficial (see our PVR). Fasting on full moon days (saturn) and worshipping Sri Satyanarayana (Bhagavan Sri Rama in sadhu vesha when He gave moksha to so many many souls) is advised. Other things the intelligent can decipher. but do not apply this 4th kala chakra plant rule to other houses from AL. it will not work. Someday I will give out the others. 2. Malefics in 3 & 6 from AL: A person who lives by the gun shall die by the gun. Rahu in the 3rd from Narayana dasa sign is a great protector as it gives the parakrama to defeat all enemies. The native bows to Durga and causes durgati on the enemies. However the third house is also the place of death and one day his karma catches up and he too meets with such an end which he has caused to so many others. That is the reason behind the Maharishi's teaching. Jaimini is trying to prove to us that good karma alone matters.

Take the case of rahu in 6th from AL. Here the native is valorous and a great warrior but he is also a thief and shall use terror tactics to make people cough up money. Look at the charts of so many govt servants in the customs and tax departments of developing countries and yoiu will find this dictum for corruption working well. if you see Mars then the native uses veiled threats, if Rahu terror and great fear, if saturn sorrow and mistakes are caught and then money is extracted... Either way malefics in 3 & 6 from AL does not give (a) good end and (b) good character respectively. 3. Vara Chakra and eclipsing of planet: To see which planets eclipse which, draw the Vra chakra this is the lords of the 7 weekdays, plus the 2 nodes in the end, in the following sequence; Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rhu and Ketu. this should be drawn in a circle with 9 spokes. Now count to the 8th from any of the grahas in this order. The resultant Graha has the power to eclipse the specific Graha. Example: take the Sun: the 8th Graha from Sun is Rhu in this Chakra, hence Rhu has the power to eclipse the Sun. The 8 th from Moon is Ketu and so on now the 8th from Jupiter would be Mars, in this manner understand the power of Grahas to eclipse. The weakness of Mars is its ability to eclipse Jupiter! This is why Jupiters Marana Karaka Sthna is the 3rd house, whose Karaka is Mars. Hence; the purpose of Bagala Puja is Ahimsa, so that our anger does not destroy our knowledge, and instead anger leaves us completely. For this reason Bagala is also called Ananda Dayakini - in which she is invoked to give supreme bliss (Shiva Purana). Also this worship would enable Jupiter to give knowledge of the past present and future, without Mars blocking its way. If this worship is used for wrong purposes, then the object of Ahimsa is lost and ones intuition will start failing, just as Mars gets more power to eclipse Jupiter 4. Nakshatra and sign ownership of planet and Rajayoga: The signs are the adityas, or the resources in the form of physical goods and people while the naksatra is the mind. The signs have the sun as the overlord and this shows the production while the nakshatra have the Moon as their overlord and this shows the demand. Think of the signs as 'sun signs' and naksatra as lunar mansions. Think of all the differences between the sun and the moon as atma and mana etc and all these differences will show up in the sign and naksatra lacement of the planet. For example if the 10th lord, lagna lord and sun are in the nakshatra (s) owned by one planet (vimsottari scheme), then a rajyoga is produced. Why and how is this produced? The naksatra lord of the common naksatras should be strong and the things indicated by it show the areas where the mind application is done in

matters of ones life (lagna), work (10th lord) and success (sun)...In this manner think of the naksatra ownershi as linkinglordship of the planets as well as their natural signification.
