To apprehend the wanted person named Lincoln Catolico y Surban, male, 37 yrs old, married, laborer and resident of Purok 1, Mactan, Dumpsite, Brgy. West Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City with standing warrant of arrest for the crime of Homicide, docketed under Criminal Case # 581-11 with recommended bail of Php 40,000 for his temporary liberty, issued by Hon. Judge Raymond C Viray of Regional Trial Court Branch 75,Olongapo City. II. AREA OF OPERATION(s): - Purok 1, Mactan, Dumpsite, Brgy. IV. NARRATIVE:

On April 4, 2013, complainant Ms. Roselyn Caldona of accused Lincoln Catolico, the person who killed her father Wilfredo Padel y Lila, personally seek the assistance of warrant PNCO of this station, informing that said subject person, who has standing warrant of arrest was seen along Purok 3, Brgy. New Cabalan, this City. Immediately SPO1 Jorge I Patagan get hold of the warrant of arrest against said person at RTC, Branch 75. The undersigned instructed SPO1 Jorge I. Patagan, PO2 Efren Reyes and PO1 Michael K. Ferrer to conduct surveillance/monitoring to determine the exact identity/description and location of the subject person on above mentioned place/address. After Three (3) days of continuous monitoring/surveillance at Purok 1, Mactan, Dumpsite, Brgy. West Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City and along Purok 3, Santol Extn, Brgy. New Cabalan, this city, said subject person finally seen and completed the description to include the address where he really stays. At that juncture, On April 6, 2013 at about 8:00 oclock in the evening, the undersigned together with above named lawmen coordinated to Police Station 4 and launched operation for manhunt Charlie against accused. Above lawmen wearing civilian clothes proceeded at Sitio Lubog, Purok 3, Santol Extn, Brgy. New Cabalan, this City, pretended themselves as passersby in front of the house and spotted him having drinking spree, accused immediately grabbed by SPO1 Jorge Patagan and PO2 Eric Jaromay and effect the arrest by showing the warrant of arrest issued against him and likewise informed his constitutional rights known and understandable to him and opted to remain silent. Said arrested wanted person was immediately brought at and confirm at Regional Trial Court, Branch 75, for presentation afterwards at Police Station 1 for documentation and for proper disposition while waiting for commitment order from the court for transfer at BJMP, Olongapo City. V. RECOMMENDATION: In view of the successful manhunt Charlie that resulted to the arrest of subject wanted person, it show that this performance greatly manifest their sincerity to perform their assigned task. The undersigned strongly recommend that participating personnel be given a commendation/medal to boost their morale in their daily performance of duty.
