Executive Summary
This is a brief report of Six weeks project in Sri Gajalakshmi Manufacturers JOB SATISFACTION OF THE EMPLOYEE. This report analyses the satisfaction level of the employee in order to know about the internal environment present in the branch. The project report tends to shows a statewide employee satisfaction survey was
administered to each of the Department of Children and Families 27,954 employees as a measure of employee satisfaction. The survey was designed to assess employees perceptions of how well the department is providing a work environment which encourages productivity, personal growth, safety and communication. The results of the survey will serve as the FY 97-98baseline data for improvement efforts focused on employee satisfaction.

Job satisfaction is most general level of conceptualization. Job satisfaction is simply how contentan individualis with his or her job. So the project here deals with the satisfaction level of the employees in Sri
Gajalakshmi Manufacturers in different environment(internal & external) of the organization.
