PR & Communication Assistant Manager/Sr. Assistant Manager Major Responsibilities Maintain and enhance relationship across key media stakeholders through continuous engagement in the form of cycle visit, observation of key dates, giveaways etc. Plan & implement special PR projects by understanding company business objectives and chalk out key issues accordingly.

Coordinate between internal teams, agency and stakeholders to drive and execute all onground Banglalink PR actitivities. Support Banglalink activities through PR by planning out campaigns for events, sponsorship CSR, product/services & brand activities. Carry out profiling activities for relevant Banglalink personnel in media.

Required Academic Qualifications Bachelors / Masters degree from a reputed Business School. Right Aptitude for Project Management & Stakeholder Management.

Required Experience 4-5 years working experience in Marketing in a reputed business organization Required Knowledge & Skills Refer to Required Competencies Required Competencies Makes effective use of both quantitative and qualitative market and consumer data in planning, decision making and evaluating performance; Able to break down the data/information in to basic components, looking into those from all possible angles, compare and logically interlink to reach to a meaningful conclusion;

Able to identify the things which are not being done properly or can be done better using other approach; Understanding of communication mix, both ATL and BTL; Able to prepare comprehensive project plan by breaking down the activity in smaller tasks and assign them to the relevant people considering goals, objectives and critical success factors; Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and utilization of all marketing, trade and consumer research data to identify both business opportunities and potential problem areas; Able to understand consumer insights Good communication skill both in Bangla and English
