disability, should have special care and support, so they can live full and independent lives.

health care, to clean water, to nutritious food and a clean environment, so they can stay healthy.

have a right to education, which should be free . Discipline in school s should respect childrens human dignity. Young people should be encouraged to reach the highest level of education they are capable of. Education should develop each childs personality and talents to the full.

Article 31All Children have

a right to

relax and play and to join in a wide range of activities.
