Executive Summary
In this project that I have chosen for the module, the topic that I will be discussing is The Impact of Shisha in Todays Society and how popular it has become with the younger generation. The main parts I will be discussing Smoking Shisha in different environments, the different coals you can get for shishas, the new and popular pineapple heads for shisha and the flavours that people are able to smoke during their shisha session. Smoking Shisha in different environments can either be a relaxing chill out day in the sunny weather to smoking shisha in a shed at night in the freezing weather. There are all sorts of different occasions to smoke shisha. Most people prefer nowadays to smoke shisha in lounges across London and the rest of the country. Most Shisha lovers can be found in lounges because of the quality shishas that are on offer and also for a great atmosphere. Tuesday nights, Friday nights and Saturday nights are the most popular to go out and smoke shisha. An essential part of smoking shisha is what type of coals you are given because it can be an overall problem if the constant need to change coal every 10 minutes. So what coal manufactures decided to do is created longer and better coals, which provide more smoke and creating a smoking sensation. Most people smoking shisha today in Lounges always go for the pineapple head because its bigger, better and more lasting because it combines the flavour of the pineapple with the different shisha flavours that they have been mixed with and creating an awesome smoke. The problem with Pineapple head it is very expensive. Shisha Flavours are the most important factor when smoking shisha because you need the combine the right mixture in order to have a great shisha feeling. Mixing the wrong flavours is seen as a waste of time and money because it will not be smoked and it becomes a waste, which is not good when smoking shisha.

Brief synopsis
This project is going to describe how shisha has become so popular within the last 10 years and how people enjoy night outs at shisha lounges and in the comfort of their own homes when smoking shisha. To create this online management system, I will be using Omeka, to show people how popular shisha is and whether they would start smoking shisha as well. I will be using Omeka to create a picture gallery of different images of people who smoke shisha and what different flavours and designs of shisha that can be found. Also there will be online video of people enjoying their shisha in different environments.

This Online management system will also be available to non-smoking shisha people, who may have an interest in smoking shisha but have never done it, meaning that the information provided can help them settle their doubts and start to smoke and enjoy shisha. The online management system on Omeka will provide a brief introduction into how shisha first start and how it has developed into a worldwide sensation.

Theoretical and Intellectual issues

The theoretical and intellectual issues are seen as possible escape of using any copyright issues that may occur and because of this I will be providing my own images and videos that I will take using my IPhone. It is important for me to get the permission of each participant before creating and publishing pictures and videos of them. Any additional pictures and videos that my participants have, I will ask for their permission to see if I am able to use their materials for my online management system. Any problems whilst uploading these materials will have 100% permission from participants so that no laws are broken. To conclude, to avoid any plagiarism problems each material will be correctly referenced.

Omeka
The platform used in this project is Omeka online management system. The reason for this is because Omeka will help me create a variety of collections of videos and images and help them be distributed to the worldwide web. Using Omeka will help me in the future to update or remove any data that I see fit. Omeka is the sole reason why students, Lecturers and librarians can demonstrate their findings by such ease and it is also appealing to the user and they can also be made in an eye-catching way. Omeka is able to handle big archives, which includes important things like metadata, different files and is able to store many different files like images, videos and audio recordings. Omeka will allow the inventors to create a following system that will feature content management, archive managements system and collection management. Omeka is easy to install because it will also allow a very good approach to metadata, will support other web standards such as CSS and XHTML.

Analysis
For this project, Omeka allowed me to create an online management system to help me post different videos, images and general information regarding about Shisha and how people enjoy shisha. The first thing I used on Omeka is the online digital library to create picture and video collections. The online management system will allow users to the website to view listen and read all about shisha and how much they enjoy it by being able to provide clear and knowledgeable information. The main purpose of the shisha project is for people to understand how popular shisha has become in todays society and get first hand in site into how enjoyable it really is. My Omeka online management system will provide a picture walkway of the different aspects of shisha and also explaining first-hand how they really enjoy it. Videos will also be provided showing how people enjoy shisha and what atmospheres are like when going to shisha lounges.

What are the main Aims and Objectives?

After thinking about what my projects aims and objectives are I decided that this was it as follows: Making people understand what shisha is A small introduction into how it came Providing pictures of shisha Providing videos of shisha social life The different factors about shisha.

What were the difficulties and the opportunities of an online management system?
What the general challenges were of this project were explaining how Shisha has impacted in todays society in a positive manner meaning that no inaccurate information was provided to deceive any users who visited the site. All the information had to be correct and accurate. The information provided will correct and straight to the point by informing people who have not experienced what shisha is by those who regularly smoke it. Not much internet resources will be there because I have enough knowledge about shisha. Being able to do this project was a huge opportunity to me and the amount of attention that Shisha has been given is incredible because Shisha has gone from a

small smoking pipe pot in southern Asia to a worldwide phenomenon and why so many people have started smoking and enjoying shisha. My problem was that although I managed to get videos and pictures of people enjoying shisha, my main priority was to get a few interviews from different people on their experience of shisha and how much they really enjoy it. This was a major setback because I proposed that I wanted to have at least 3 different interviews by different people of different ages but unfortunately this was not the case.

Theoretical and Intellectual Issues part 2

Using the Internet in todays world has become a huge factor for advertisement and every single other form of communication out there. What was important was to use the internet in order for me to finish this project. Projects this big would have never been taken in the older days because the resources were not as big and not available at the time. Also another big factor was the software was not available. It would have been a big problem because the message could not be projected to the local shisha community, so without this software available people would be making their own meanings about shisha. With online managements systems, they do not breach or break any theoretical or intellectual issues because all information, videos. Pictures and data have been produced by me and me only. To prove that this is correct I will be referencing all my own work to show that it was done by me and I have not copied any images or videos online. Due to the internet evolution that has risen so rapidly in the last 10 years, being able to explain shisha in an online management system can now work at a good rate by showing important information, videos and pictures about shisha. If this didnt happen, then people would be thinking that shisha is completely something else and that there would be no point in enjoying it. Shisha is currently being shown in the world media as either a bad thing or a good thing. My intentions for this project are to show that shisha is really good and that it is an enjoyment rather than a problem.

Legal and Ethical Issues
It is important to consider these two important areas because when publishing any sort of materials on the web, it has to be shown that any videos, pictures or information has not been stolen and being used as their own. In order to gain access to other information that is not yours, you must contact the original publisher and must gain their permission and then you are able to access their data. My Omeka online management system will show videos, pictures and information that has been provided by me and also getting the permission of any participants that I took pictures and videos off as its important to make sure that I get permission from them otherwise I am breaking laws which may lead to prosecution. All other information provided has come from participants who share their experiences via pictures and videos and they have been put into the Omeka online management system to prevent any copyright rule breaker.

Technical Walkthrough
Using Omeka online management system, it was easy to use because the templates and themes were already there and all I had to do was change them to the way that I wanted them to be and it helped me achieve what I wanted to have. I created a picture gallery, a video page and put some general information in about shisha.

Conclusion
The project met the targets that I set and overall I was really that the project was a success and that the aims and objectives of this project were met. Being able to do this project also helped me meet the needs of the cultural and heritage aspect of my Shisha Project by being able to use Omeka online management system, where it kept all the data and also being able to create the webpages that the way I wanted to. The project website will have no misleading information regarding Shisha and also no copyright issues were broken. The Omeka online management system is fully working and is available for the public to view and really understand about shisha. Being able to explain what shisha is and how it brings enjoyment to others can result in positive effects and may convince other people who are nervous to do shisha will start it knowing that its a good thing rather than a bad thing. With Omeka online management system, it allowed me to upload videos, pictures, write out important information and create a picture gallery of what the shisha experience is really like. I was also able to keep all information up to date so no inaccurate information was there. By having up to date information available, online viewers would fully understand how shisha is a big thing in todays society.

Future Development
I will look to add more videos and pictures about shisha but my main aspiration is to add audio and video interviews for people who to understand fully how much they enjoy doing shisha and to convince others to enjoy it if they havent already done so. I want to also create a small forum for users to interact with each other and to let them share their experiences with shisha and what they would recommend to others.
