13 PUTNAM ST SARATOGA SPRINGS JORDAN C PALLADINO, Age 32, Katherine Drive, Clifton Park, NY Offenses: PL 120.00-1 - ASSAULT IN THE THIRD DEGREE//INTENT PHYSICAL INJ, Class A Misdemeanor PL 205.30- - RESISTING ARREST, Class A Misdemeanor At 3:35am, Officers responded to Clancys Bar for an assault. Upon arrival officers identified Palladino as the person who allegedly assaulted an employee of the bar. Palladino began fighting with officers when they attempted to place him under arrest. Palladino was arrested, processed and celled. SS-00455-13 05/10/2013 91 DIVISION ST SARATOGA SPRINGS BRIAN J BENNETT, Age 41, Homeless Offenses: PL 140.15-1 - CRIMINAL TRESPASS IN THE SECOND DEGREE, Class A Misdemeanor At 10:45pm, Officers were dispatched to a home on Division Street for a highly intoxicated person sleeping on the front porch of the residence. Bennett was identified, he does not live at the residence and was placed under arrest. SS-00454-13 05/10/2013 HIGH ROCK AVE SARATOGA SPRINGS CLAUDIO A ELGUETA-BARRERO, Age 30, Boynton Beach Place, Bynton Beach, FL Offenses: VTL 1192-3 - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, Class A Misdemeanor VTL 509-1 - OPERATE MOTOR VEHICLE BY UNLICENSED DRIVER, Violation VTL 1120-A - FAIL TO KEEP RIGHT, Violation VTL 375-2A1 - EQUIPMENT (HEADLIGHTS), Violation At 9:43pm, Elgueta-Barrero was stopped on High Rock Ave for vehicle and traffic violations. Elgueta-Barrero appeared to be intoxicated and is an unlicensed operator. ElguetaBarrero was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to the police department.

When stopped, Rivera was in the process of providing marijuana to two young girls. Rivera was arrested and transported to the police department. SUB.OUTSIDE ORIGINAL CONTAINER, Violation PL 221.05- - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF MARIHUANA, Violation Thomas Dingmon was arrested on (5) separate warrants for crimes that he is alleged to have committed dating back to October 30th, 2012. Dingmon is being charged in connection with (3) business burglaries that occurred on October 30th, th 2012, March 29 , 2013. Dingmon is also being charged for threatening an individual with harm on Division Street, possession of Heroin and possession of Hypodermic needles. Dingmon was processed and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.
