BLUE GREEN CAPITAL – Director, Business Development
• Co-conceived and launched a solar energy development and services company from concept design, company
inception to successful capital fundraising (€440,000). Co-managed all phases of company launch including
incorporation, shareholding agreements, hiring of four fulltime employees, IT, accounting and financial reporting.
• Vetted, performed legal and financial due diligence, and assisted in the acquisition of ownership rights of 5.1MW of
solar projects in Spain with a US-based industry investor and a Valencia-based engineering firm.
• Co-authored private placement memorandums for project financing, representing $28.2MM of investment (1.9MWp of
single axis tracker, 3MWp of static). Met and received term sheets for take-out financing from 5 project finance banks.
• Managed subcontractor relationships, budget, corporate housekeeping, for all elements of project construction.
Oversaw 4 month implementation schedule and provided comprehensive cost accounting and cost modelling.
• Developed numerous relationships with Installers, Promoters, and Financiers for project development and acquisition
in Spain, France, Greece, and Bulgaria. Signed Letters of Intent for 30MW+ of photovoltaic projects.
• Drafted and negotiated terms and signed Memorandums of Understanding for 15MW of ground-mounted installations
in Israel with the largest Israel-based rooftop installer and a leading Spain-based solar EPC company. Supported the
execution of 6 X 50kW rooftop installations in Israel with a mixture of thin film and poly-crystalline technologies.
• Provided consulting services on global PV supply trends and financing market to hedge funds.
2005 – 2005 VRANJE, SERBIA
CITIZENS HABITAT FINANCE (USAID/CHF) - Economic Development Consultant
• Performed feasibility study for pioneer entrepreneurship program in the Vranje Municipality. Established university
partnerships for the CHF business development program.
• Conducted studies on development opportunities for the South Serbia agricultural industry. Provided marketing
training to the local staff. Evaluated and invested in local entrepreneurship projects and infrastructure.

UNITED NATIONS (UNCDF) - Assistant to Chief Technical Advisor to Microfinance
• Participated in the launch of the 2005 Year of Microcredit. Negotiated for and contracted spokespeople for events,
including musicians Anggun and Souad Massi. Identified and assessed banking networks with micro-finance projects
(FINCOMUN). Coordinated promotional activities between banking networks and launch of Year of Microcredit
initiative. Published microfinance articles in UN newsletters on the impact of AIDS in the Microfinance Sector.
