Rhetorical Knowledge: Your ability to focus on a purpose A) My ability to focus on a purpose is seen through Project 2 where I continued to focus on scoring my top 3 first person shooters for Xbox 360. Your ability to respond to the needs of different audiences A) This is scene through the multiple writing prompts and projects that were meant to be directed towards an audience other than the professor. Your ability to respond appropriately to different kinds of rhetorical situations A) This can be shown through the different kinds of papers Ive written over the course of the semester. Your ability to adopt the appropriate voice, tone, and level of formality A) I achieved this through the recognition of my audience and address said audience in the appropriate manner. Your ability to understand how genres shape reading and writing A) This can be seen through the different methods it takes for one to write in different genres. Your ability to write in several genres A) My ability to write in different genres can be shown through the many writing prompts and writing projects I have written over the course of this semester. Your ability to integrate your own ideas with those of others A) This can be seen through the use of the peer editing groups giving me input on what I could potentially do to make my writing better. Whether its input on my grammar or how to set up my paper. Processes

Your awareness that it usually takes multiple drafts to create and complete A) Is shown through the multiple drafts of each my papers where they progressively get edited and corrected. Your ability to develop flexible strategies for generating, revising, editing, and proofreading A) Is shown by me having proof read my papers and hopefully catch most of the mistakes. Your ability to understand the collaborative and social aspects of the writing process A) This is seen through the use of peer editing groups and taking notes on their input. Your ability to critique your own and others work A) This can be seen through me giving seemingly helpful advice while in peer editing groups. Knowledge of Conventions

Your ability to practice documentation of your work A) This is seen through the citing bibliography assignment we did and through the citing of my sources in project 2. Composing in Electronic Environments

Your ability to use electronic environments for drafting, reviewing, revising, editing, and sharing texts A) This can be seen from the numerous drafts that I have saved on my laptop and in my e-mail.
