On December 7, 2012, we discussed Agenda 21 and education. At the conclusion of our meeting, you told me that if I wanted change, you needed help rewriting the statute. The enclosed Working paper, Florida Statute 1003.42 is that reference. The attached working paper deals primarily with the following specific areas of indoctrination I reject. They are neither educational nor constitutional. The history of African Americans Comprehensive Health Education, The Study of Hispanic Contributions to the United States, The study of Womens Contributions to the United States and Character Development.

FS 1003.42 promotes an amoral curriculum subverting the Constitution and is designed to transform America into something the founders never envisioned and we fought a revolution to get away from. The school debacle in Jacksonville, Florida where the teacher exhorted 10 year olds to give up some of my constitutional rights to be safer and more secure is an example. Taxpayer funding of colleges who hire professors like UNs Boston terror apologist, Richard Falk. Professor emeritus of International Law at Princeton University gives new meaning to Thomas Jeffersons missive. This must stop. John Adams said, We have no government armed with the powers capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. Parents know public education is a failure. Few have a clue about what their children are learning. That Alachua County grammar schools do not permit school students to bring home their textbooks begs the question: What is the system hiding? The attached 1898 and 1954 civics tests, when juxtaposed to the education Americans receive today, speaks volumes to poor performance of and ongoing agenda in public education today. Education is a state right and responsibility. There is nothing in Article 1, Section 8 granting the federal government authority to involve itself in education yet FS 1003.42 is a federal clone. It

Institutes character-development at the elementary school level that redefine the word character? Subordinates itself to a federal demand for a secular curriculum. Is moral relativism1 on steroids that derides/overrides parental moral and other authority Teaches and instills vacuous moral standards designed to weaken and destroy the nuclear family. Teaches the humanist-secular (Marxism by another name) version of Equality of all persons Portrays Christianity and the white race as perpetrators of a catalogue of crimes such as slavery, genocide, colonialism, imperialism, atrocities, and massacres, all committed by nations professing Christianity.

In context, FS 1003.42 is a dichotomy. It directs teachers to teach efficiently and faithfully the Declaration of Independence, national sovereignty, natural law, self-evident truth, equality of all persons2, limited government, popular sovereignty, inalienable rights of life, liberty, property, and how they form the philosophical foundation of our government. Included is the requirement to teach Marxist environmentalism, multiculturalism, sex education, and tolerance using moral relativism in a secular environment. This is overreach couched in secularism. FS 1003.42 turns the Florida legislature and governor into pimps3 using Floridas children as prostitutes to garner federal dollars. It also makes the mandate to teach Natural law a joke because the subject matter must fit the secular-progressive-humanist moral-relativist (AKA Marxist) mold rendering the Declaration of Independence meaningless. The wizards of smart in Washington began the transformation of education by declaring the Constitution dictates separation of church and state. This turned schools into indoctrination centers substituting the Christian tradition reflected in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of rights for the new religion seen in the Marxist Humanist Manifesto. Todays education system emulates the Prussian model. It attempts to control and indoctrinate4 its charges in the same manner as Hitlers 5Third Reich. This new Reich will give its youth to no one, but it will take youth and give to youth its own education and its own upbringing.6 Uwe and Hannelore Romeike, German parents requesting asylum is a case in point. Hitlerian law is enforceable in Germany. It will be emulated here if we do not stop it. The Domenic Johansson in Sweden provides an example of what can happen that Americans will not stand for here. You take an oath to protect and defend both the Florida and the U.S. Constitution. FS 1003.42 as written, is designed to destroy both by stealth over time using the template advocated by Vladmir Ilyich Lenin "Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted." FS 1003.42 represents everything Ronald Reagan stood against. Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the blood stream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on

for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free. What passes as education in Florida today amounts to Marxist-Humanist-Moral Relativist-Secular filth designed to destroy this countrys Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights. The curriculum is a federal clone that is sustained with federal money provided by the Federal Department of Education. The current curriculum is an attempt by the wizards of smart in science and government to impose a new value system on this and future generations of Floridians. Character education in todays public school revolves around abortion, class warfare, condoms, homosexuality, multiculturalism, and sex. It teaches and encourages alternate life styles while at the same time counseling its wards on how to prevent the unwanted and undesirable consequences of free love and everything from herpes to HIV and pregnancy. The moral decay and concomitant disintegration of society we see today that has led to the slow disintegration of society as seen by the shootings and increased general lawlessness is directly attributable to the ongoing Marxist-Humanist-Moral Relativist-Secular indoctrination in public education since Roe v. Wade and Courts Separation of church and state decision. (Muslims get special treatment). If parents knew what their children are being taught and their elected officials tolerate in the name of education I suspect many would revolt and exercise their rights as parents by removing their children from the system that is corrupting their minds. I stand with parents, grandparents and others having an interest in the preservation of the nuclear family, this country, its Constitution, and the literacy of future generations. You should too!,
