EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

EMPLOYE WELFARE is comprehensive term including various services, benefits and facilities offered to an employee by an employer. Welfare includes anything that is done for the comfort and improvement of employees and is provided over and above the wages. Labor welfare entails all those activities of employer which are directed towards providing the employees with certain facilities and services in addition to wages or salaries. In this study two different companies of FMCG that is HUL & ITC have been taken and their comparison is done on the basis of facilities provided to their employees for their welfare. Many different schemes are provided to the employees like insurance schemes, EPF and many other schemes. The data was collected from the employees in order to know that whether they are satisfied with the facilities provided to them. Mainly this study helps to know about the various & facilities provided to them.
