Technology is a vital part of the mission of the school, but there are pockets of employees who do not utilize it to the fullest. Technology has been at the heart of the school since the late 1990's. Technology planning at all levels, very comprehensive Technology planning at all levels, very comprehensive Budgeting for technology goes to all depths of technology planning. Curricular Filter- Integrated Type Rating Summary Electronic information is part of the technology culture for Behavioral Integrated students and staff. Resource/Infrastructure Intelligent No shortage of resources in this category. Technology assessments vary from department to department. Some departments use technology for assessments exclusively, while others use technology on a rare basis for assessments. Moodle testing is the preferred method of assesment when Behavioral Islands appropriate. Reporting tools come with assessments tools. These also vary by Resource/Infrastructure Islands department. Behavioral Resource/Infrastructure Technology is used in the curriculum by the majority of staff. Integrated Intelligent No shortage of resources in this category. Teacher integration of technology varies widely by each teacher and subject. Some teachers are fully integrated in the use of technology. Some teachers still use methods from 20 years ago. Some teachers have partialy adapted there style of teaching to Islands integrate technology. Resources are provided on a needed basis and when a teacher ask for the given technology. Must be budgeted for in advance. Some students have adopted technology fully. Some students still choose to use paper and pencil. Student adoption of educational technology is also dependent on teacher demands.

Support Filter - Island to Integrated Type Rating Summary Stakeholders are given an annual survey to be part of the Behavioral Intelligent technology planning process. Resource/Infrastructure Integrated Not all stakeholders participate in planning process. There is clear administrative support for technology, but not extensive level of involvement in all areas of the school.

Formal training options are lacking and teachers are not fully engaged in the provided training options. Many professional development "trainings" are glorified sales pitches by vendors. Training provided occasionally at professional development meetings and during lunch throught the year. Training is provided by a few people on campus when asked for. Staff usually utilize formal and informal support on needed basis. Usually when there are technical problems. There are many full time personnel available for assistance although many teachers just ask other teachers for support. Full time peronal used mostly during exam period.

Student education of technology responsibilty becoming more prevelant after incidents outside of school becoming public. Email is fully integrated throughout school.
