On April 15, 2011 at Ospital Ning Angeles, we came to interview a catholic patient named Lucio Muli, who has attained up to his 5th grade of elementary, a male patient, 39 years of age who lives at 1097 Aro Malansic Sta. Teresita, Angeles City, having four children, two boys and two girls living with him and his partner. He works as a construction worker at varied locations, he repairs whatever it is that is ruined on a place where he is ordered to work on. He has an ample salary to feed his family. He was confined because he experiences pain in his gall bladder. He first encountered this disease on the year 2009 when he was first hospitalized his physician prohibited him from eating fatty foods, sodas and even alcohol. At the time he was feeling the pain he took Anerobizol three times in that day before he was confined, and in the hospital the doctor prescribed him to take in Anerobizol (Metronidazole~generic name) one vial and Metronidazole 500mg two vials every one to three hours. He had his second confinement because he was stabbed on the right lower abdomen. Aside from him being stabbed another major operation he had encountered was because his teeth was extracted from a free dental service in their Barangay and his gum did not stop bleeding, so he was asked to have it operated. Last April 12, 2011 (Tuesday) same sickness recurred and was confined the next day, he said the pain was like the pain he felt when he was stabbed, but has not experienced any accompanied pain except for the physical sensation he had on his right upper quadrant and took the same medicine when he was confined last 2009, and complained no allergy from anything that he takes in. He does not smoke but drinks alcoholic beverages occasionally. As said by Mr. Muli, he drunk the entire bottle (lapad) of emperador on March 6, 2011, and on the preceeding days, he ate a lot of fatty foods specifically, sisig, and drunk approximately one liter of soda a day specifically, pop. It had been his daily habit to drink sodas that much and eat a lot of street foods (turo-turo) at the supermarket though they are able to eat three times a day and usually eat fried fish in their family, along with that he still eats what is not allowed for him. He exceeded the limit of what the doctor has prohibited him to eat, which had triggered the pain in his gall bladder to recur. If he was not rushed to the hospital immediately, his gall

bladder had probably ruptured. He was rushed to ONA, the same hospital he is being rushed to whenever he needs to be confined, checked up, and have even had his immunizations there. He had complete vaccines.
