RESEARCH METHOLOGY
Research design-Research
design projects must start: the research design provides complete guidelines for data collection. In this project exploratory research design is used. It focuses on the discovery of ideas and based on secondary data. All marketing research design projects must start with exploratory design. The exploratory to generate possible explanation. The exploratory study is particularly helpful in breaking
broad and vague problem into smaller, more precise sub-problem into statements hopefully in the form of specific hypothesis.
SAMPLING METHOD
In this research probability sampling is used:
SOURCES OF DATA
Primary data- In primary data
collection is collected by our self using methods such as interviews and questionnaire. The key point here is thst the data is collected for the first time.
SAMPLING SIZE
After selecting probability sampling method the next step is to
determine sampling size. Sampling size is determined sampling for a desired accuracy based on the population variance. The sample size of this project is 50.
SAMPLING INTRUMENT
Questionnaire- The term questionnaire refers to selfadministered process whereby the respondent himself/herself reads the questions and records his/her answers without assistance of an interviewers. In this project questionnaire instrument is used in research design.
CONCLUSIONS
1. According to my survey I concluded that 55% of girls would like to purchase same brand on their next purchase. 2. By surveying I concluded that 66% of the girls importance to brands while asking for watches. And 33% will prefer non-branded. 3. I concluded through my survey that 50%of the younger get influence by brand name & 30% by quality and by durability. 4. I also concluded that brand fastrack is most popular brand among youngsters and 25% for brand titan and 5% prefer any other.

INTRODUCTION
Therss a saying that time is most precious element of life
. If you kill time , time will kill you. Therefore, different wall clocks and wriest watches are invented earlier people use there wrist watches for basic need of watching time. But nowadays it is more of a fashion statement. The kind of watch defines the personally of individuals. Therefore I have concluded a survey on different Brand of watches and preference of different peoples. Here I am doing survey to know the choices of wrist watches common people like to wear.
This is the questionnaire through which I have done survey through sampling method of common people.
OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
To find out the relative preference between different choices of watches wear by college girls.
SCOPE OF STUDY
Scope: I have taken 50 samples of different wrist watches. I have confined the research work in
selecting different wrist watches used by them. The respondents have been selected randomly.
OBJECTIVES 1. To know how much percent of common people wear wrist watches. 2. To know what they most prefer- stylish or simple watches. 3. To know the preference of people for branded and non-branded watches
4. To know which attributes influence them most like quality, durabililty, price etc.. while buying wrist watches.
