Let him who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord, and rely on his God (Isa. 50:10b).
In the News
Christians and churches in Egypt are being increasingly targeted as the Muslim Brotherhood gains power. Christians, most belonging to the Coptic Church, make up 10% of the population. Pray that God's Spirit will convict the hearts of their persecutors and reveal himself to them. Pray that Copts who do not have a true relationship with Jesus will turn to Him. For more insight into Muslim doctrine concerning the Church and the resulting persecution over the centuries and today, see http://www.meforum.org/3492/churches-under-islam.
