IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF TEXAS I, ____Oscar Gonzalez________________________ (Affiant), do state upon my oath that I have good reason to believe, and charge that in Mathis, San Patricio County, Texas, ___Victor Arguelles (SSN), (Hispanic) 632-60-8895 (Race), ____Male_________ (Gender), ______12/16/1997__ (DOB), _______________ (DL), Of October, 2012, commit Disorderly Conduct Affiant bases his or her belief on the following facts:

The Affiant, ______Oscar Gonzalez________________________, is a licensed Peace Officer under the laws of the State of Texas, and is currently commissioned as a Police Officer for the Mathis Police Department, Larry M. Whittington, Sr., Chief of Police.
2. On 10/26/2012 at approximately 10:50 am Mathis High School SRO Oscar Gonzalez accompanied Mathis High School Community Liaison Coordinator Ernesto De Luna., to DEAP located on 516 E .St. Marys Mathis Texas, nature of the call was reference to several students acting in a suspicious manner ,upon advising students to exit room # 5 officer Gonzalez with the assistance of Mr. De Luna conducted a search of the room at which time officer Gonzalez located an orange in color plastic bottle located behind a steel cubicle bottle was identified as being prescribed to Victor Arguelles medication was turned over to Mrs. Rosario Zambrano principal to said campus ,elixir was turned over to campus nurse for safekeeping parent of student was notified by administrator Zambrano,, officer Gonzalez conducted a battery of test SFST to determine the extent of any intoxication with both Mrs. Zambrano and Mr. De Luna present officer Gonzalez obtained consent from student to perform tests, student displayed deviation on the nystagmus 45 degrees, uncoordinated balance on the heel to toe exam and one foot stand 6 .in off the ground out of the four battery of exams three were failed ,citation was issued for being under the influence public intoxication citation # 011663 , student was released to his mother.
