JUSTITICATIONS FOR ESTABLISHING THE INSTITUTION Summary of the findings of a feasibility study or business plan on the need to establish the institution in the area. Attach the full report.

Summary of Business Plan (Full Report attached)

Need: Whereas there are many schools offering diplomas in banking and
management, there are few offering diplomas in Entrepreneurship and International Management, and none offering them in the OASIS format.

Supply of Skilled Managers: Many young people find themselves managing

organizations without even the basic understanding of how to manage. Many entrepreneurs find themselves at crossroads and rather than fall back on some practical and theoretical knowledge; they fly by the seat of their pants. Many organizations are run by graduates of history, Yoruba, Religious Studies, etc. While these would eventually learn by trial and error on the job, OASIS graduates will hit the ground running.

Furthermore, as the world gets flatter, graduates of international management will be in high demand. Finally, schools of business today focus on management of large operations. Very few focus on the needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses. How OASIS fits in:
OASIS plans to introduce a highly practical, innovative, and interactive program to fill the above gaps. OASIS will be situated in Lagos where the demand for quality bankers and managers is vast. Lagos is also the commercial capital of Nigeria thus making a degree in entrepreneurship a viable option. The OASIS model is very scalable and so will be introduced to other states of the country very quickly. This also helps meet the needs expressed in the National Policy on education of increased access to higher education for more Nigerians. 2.2 Localities from which students would be admitted: Lagos State (Other Southeastern and Northern states will be added later)
