Mechanical Engineering Industry

Mechanical engineering is a branch of engineering that applies the exact sciences, specifically the physical principles of thermodynamics, mechanics, materials science, fluid mechanics and structural analysis for design and analysis of various elements used today, such as machinery for various purposes (thermal, hydraulic, transport, manufacturing), as well as ventilation systems, vehicles driven land, air and sea, among other applications. The fields of mechanical engineering are divided into a vast amount of subdisciplines. Many of the disciplines that can be studied mechanical engineering can play in issues common with other branches of engineering.

Computational tools
Due to the increasing complexity of the analysis carried out in all branches of mechanical engineering, computer aided calculation has been gaining ever greater prominence. There has been an evolution in the representation of physical systems, from sketch parts of the system in approximate mode to play the entire set in verbose mode. This process has been largely due to the constant improvement of the performance of equipment, and improved calculation programs. In the design of new components, use of these tools can in most cases more accurate results and especially a reduction in costs by allowing virtually analyze the behavior of new solutions. In the process of analysis and design using computational tools such as finite element analysis or finite volume as well as computational fluid dynamics (CFD) among others.

Field of work
The presence of these professionals is necessary in most companies. Among them we highlight: Mining, Transport, Metal Process Mechanical, Chemical, Food and Public Services. In addition, a Mechanical Engineer Industrial is able to form his own company, whether of service (office consultant) or productive, depending on their economic course.

The field of endeavor of Industrial Mechanical Engineering is comprehensive and participation in industrial activities is manifested through an individual or team working with chemical engineers, electrical, mining, metallurgical, and so on, In varied forms. Thus, for example: Design activity and projects Administrative activity of industrial plants and mechanical equipment Activity operation and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment

The use of an office depends on the range occupied by the engineer in industry and if necessary, the engineer uses computer with the Internet and programs like those mentioned above which help carry out their functions and work.

How dresses an industrial mechanical engineer?

This depends on their role in the company because if the job is to be in an office most of the time used black suit with white shirt and black shoes, but if their areas of work are practice or works field would wear long sleeve shirt with pants and boots and sometimes white helmet use.
